Among the services that After Hours Project currently provides and which are funded by the NYS/DOHMH AIDS Institute and NYC-DOHMH/MHRA include: intakes and assessments, syringe exchange and ESAP, outreach to injectors and other high-risk drug users, individual and group level interventions, harm reduction counseling, education on safer injection practices, condom and bleach kit demonstration and distribution, supportive services, referrals, client escort, Buprenorphine education, overdose prevention and Naloxone provision.

 

AHP currently provides Buprenorphine education, overdose prevention, Naloxone provision, hepatitis C education and screening, flu shots and hepatitis A & B vaccinations through a collaboration with the Harm Reduction Coalition.
